The Most Dangerous Emerging Far-Right Threat to Children in Germany
In a digital world where children and adolescents are long accustomed to navigating platforms like Discord, Roblox, or Telegram, a network is spreading almost unnoticed whose threat potential is hard to grasp: the "764" network. It combines far-right ideology, satanic symbolism, sexualized violence, and terrorist objectives into a toxic mélange whose effects are unfolding globally, and increasingly in Germany.
Origin and Ideology
The network was founded in 2020 by then 15-year-old Texan Bradley Chance Cadenhead, who operated online under the pseudonyms "Felix" and "Brad764." The name "764" originates from his ZIP code in Stephenville, Texas. In 2023, Cadenhead was sentenced to 80 years in prison, including for possession and distribution of child pornography.
Ideologically, "764" draws from the Order of Nine Angles (O9A), a neo-Nazi, occultist cult rooted in British Satanism of the 1970s. This organization promotes violence, racism, misogyny, and the targeted collapse of Western democracies through terror, sexual exploitation, and chaos. "Esoteric National Socialism" is combined with sadistic rituals, “self-elevation through violence,” and a “heroization of evil.” "764" transfers this worldview into the digital space and links it with popular gaming platforms and messaging services.
"764" operates in a decentralized and highly fragmented manner. Members are internationally networked, anonymized, and often underage. The group is active on platforms like
Discord, Telegram, Roblox, Minecraft,
as well as in parts of the darknet. Communication typically takes place in encrypted spaces. The recruitment process targets children and adolescents aged 9 to 17, often with mental illnesses or difficult social backgrounds.
Central Methods:
Sextortion: Blackmail with nude images or intimate information
Self-harm challenges: Inciting self-injury, often carving usernames into the skin
Livestream suicides: Encouraging suicide on camera
Sadistic trials: Killing pets or attacking family members as proof of loyalty
Case Analyses
Richard Densmore (USA)
A 47-year-old veteran from Michigan, sentenced to 30 years in prison for sexually exploiting children. He operated the Discord server "S3wer". Densmore forced children to mutilate themselves and archived “trophies” in the form of images.
Jack Rocker (Tampa, Florida)
19 years old, sentenced to 84 months in prison. Possession of over 8,300 CSAM files, including bestial content. He was part of the inner leadership of "764."
Trinity (Red Deer, Canada)
A girl who came into contact with "764" via Discord. Forced to carve symbols and names into her skin, kill pets, expose herself sexually. Livestream suicide attempt in 2021. RCMP responded late. Her main abuser was later identified as "MK Ultra": Kierre Cutler from North Carolina, 18 years old, convicted.
Nikita Casap (USA)
17-year-old from Wisconsin. Murdered his parents, planned an attack on President Trump with a weapon of mass destruction. Manifest references "764," O9A, and a race war. FBI investigates for conspiracy, terrorism, and presidential assassination planning.
Fall Trinity (Vertiefung)
Lethbridge Case (Canada, 2024)
A 14-year-old boy arrested for producing and distributing CSAM in connection with "764." First officially documented case in Canada.
Italy (2025)
Arrest of a 17-year-old in March 2025 with concrete murder plans, connections to "MKY" and "764" proven.
Romania (2022)
An elderly woman murdered by a "764" adherent; media reports and police statements confirmed ideological motives.
According to U.S. authorities, investigations into "764" are underway in all federal states. Members have been convicted or planned attacks thwarted in Brazil, the UK, Canada, Sweden, Italy, and Romania. In Italy, a member was arrested in March 2025 in connection with concrete murder plans and collaboration with four international journalists. The Canadian RCMP classified "764" as a terrorist group in 2024.
Connections to groups like "No Lives Matter (NLM)" and "Maniac Murder Cult (MKY)" are intensifying. Circulating are so-called "Kill Guides," manuals for mass shootings, and calls for violence against animals, minorities, teachers, and family members.
Risk Assessment Germany (as of April 2025)
There are signs of online recruitment on German Minecraft and Discord servers, thematically similar subreddits with German IP access, and antisemitic graffiti with “MKY” tags in several cities. Evidence of members in NRW, Hamburg, Lower Saxony, Bavaria, and Saxony has been found.
While security authorities have increasingly monitored relevant Telegram channels and Discord servers since 2024—led by the BKA in cooperation with Europol—the greatest current threat appears to arise from another front: The targeted involvement of German children via fake communities ostensibly focused on eating disorders, depression, and self-harm remains largely overlooked. Particularly alarming is the growing radicalization within specific manga and anime subcultures, where toxic perfectionism and group pressure encounter susceptible youth—and drive them into psychological crises.
Those who fail to keep up within these digital milieus often slide, unnoticed—into dependency, self-hatred, or the influence of extremist networks like “764.”
Warning signs for parents and schools:
Sudden behavioral changes, withdrawal, changes in eating habits
Long-sleeved clothing in warm weather
Symbols or cuts on the skin
Online relationships with dominant “mentors”
Neglect of school, sleep, hygiene
"764" represents one of the most insidious, digitally networked threats to children and adolescents known to date. The mix of far-right ideology, sadistic cult behavior, and the deliberate abuse of modern communication tools makes the group uniquely dangerous.
Germany is only at the beginning, but all warning signs are there. Education, media literacy, police expertise, and international cooperation must be significantly strengthened. Because this cult knows no borders.
