Alice Weidel, the unfit fairy tale maiden, Putin puppet and icon of the AfD sect, has once again impressively demonstrated that she possesses neither class, respect nor empathy: She has withdrawn into the parallel world in which Donald Trump is a peacemaker, Roger Köppel of the Weltwoche is considered a serious prophet and the Alaska summit has ushered in world peace. While blood continues to flow in Ukraine, Weidel stages the whole thing like a revival sermon in the AfD circus tent. It is a spectacle for those who have long since replaced facts with articles of faith - her followers, a political-religious cult that falls for every word of its high priestess.
Terms like "cordiality" and "mutual respect" suddenly become magic formulas when uttered by warmongers like Putin. Roger Köppel, that permanent provocateur from Zurich, provides the catchphrases, and Weidel snaps them up like a parrot in a permanent frenzy. Her followers nod devoutly as if they were verses from a holy scripture. Who needs reality when you have the Weidel Bible, in which Trump is the messiah and Europe is hell?
It becomes particularly grotesque when Weidel rails against Merz and the "caravan of the willing" while she herself is the caravan leader of a sect that has long since bid farewell to democracy. She preaches "representing German interests," but means nothing other than submission to Moscow and the worship of Trump. It is indulgence in its purest form: if we just ignore Putin's atrocities often enough, Trump will deliver us from war. Amen.
And her disciples? They cheer. These people, who believe everything as long as it comes from Weidel, are no longer voters but believers. Political zombies who feed on facts and digest only slogans. Anyone who seriously sees the beginning of world peace in the Alaska summit would probably also believe a weather report recited by Björn Höcke in runes.
The result is a toxic mixture of denial of reality, hypocrisy and sect-like worship. The same people who previously mocked diplomacy as "the devil's work" now celebrate Trump as the diplomatic savior. Anyone who thinks like this has finally lost their compass - and deserves a crucifix at the AfD party convention rather than a vote in a democracy.
The question is therefore no longer how long one has to endure Weidel, but how sick a political culture has become that still gives such a priestess of the parallel world a stage and a microphone. Her role in politics is a danger to democracy. Anyone who lives so far removed from reality should not be allowed to help make laws. Weidel does not belong in the Bundestag, but in the museum of political errors - in a display case right next to leaflets of the Reichsbürger and horoscopes for political sects.
And for her followers it applies: Whoever still follows Weidel is no longer a critical citizen, but a member of a substitute religion. A sect that confuses politics with hocus-pocus and takes populism for revelation. The only exorcism that helps here is a crystal-clear political answer: enough of this madness. Democracy only protects itself if it shows the door to its enemies. And Alice Weidel is right at the front of this line.

-Die Weidel passt nicht ins Familienbild ihrer Partei, aber sie predigt es
Kurzum: verlogen ist noch milde ausgedrückt!
Und Köppel, der ist eine Schande für die Schweiz! Rechtskonservativ? Vielleicht war er das mal… Seine Medien lese ich nicht, da zu einseitig, seine Aussagen oft zu fragwürdig…
Es wird Zeit die AfD zu verbieten! Besser heute als morgen!

Macht es Sinn, eine rechtsradikale Patei mit ihren schändlichen Methoden zu beschreiben, in dem man sie als Sekte und ihre Anhänger als Jünger bezeichnet? Nein. So erreicht man sicher nicht die, die aus purer Wut auf die zuvor gewählten anderen Parteien ihr Wahlkreuz ausschließlich aus diesem Grund machen wollen – statt auf die Straße zu gehen und für eine Politik zu kämpfen, die u.a. nicht ehrlich mit Fakten in der Migration umgeht. Da lohnt es sich, ernstzunehmenden Menschen wie Frank Urbaniak zuzuhören.
