Our Article Deleted - Facebook Now Calls Investigative Journalism Spam

July 23, 2025

On July 17, I published a detailed, fact-based article on this page about Trump’s strike on Iranian nuclear facilities - one of the most significant foreign policy operations of his second term. The piece, titled “Beneath the Earth, Above the Abyss - Trump’s Iran Strike and the Mystery of Pickaxe Mountain,” not only analyzed the military objectives and the actual extent of the damage, but also investigated the suspicion that there is a fourth, undeclared nuclear facility in Iran - buried deep beneath Pickaxe Mountain. The text was carefully researched, contained verified quotes from analysts, intelligence reports, data from the IAEA, and confirmed satellite images. It was journalistically sound, politically relevant, and factually accurate. And yet today, on July 23, Facebook deleted the article - claiming it was “spam.” Well, maybe Bondi or Noem know more.

The article https://kaizen-blog.org/en/unter-der-erde-ueber-dem-abgrund-trumps-iran-schlag-und-das-raetsel-von-pickaxe-mountain/

What exactly makes a documented CIA assessment spam remains Facebook’s secret. The deleted post contained no advertising, no call to interact, no manipulative link. It consisted of sober lines such as: “According to a new briefing recently presented by US intelligence to Congress, only one of the three targeted facilities - Fordow - was actually severely damaged.” That was it. We filed an appeal - but as you can see in the video: “then something suddenly went wrong.” It’s laughable, really. A well-founded analysis of foreign policy developments gets deleted by an algorithm, while absurd conspiracy videos, conspiracy theorists, and far-right populists continue to circulate freely. What we’re facing is not an isolated case, but part of a systematic silencing of critical voices. Since May, our organic reach has been deliberately reduced by Facebook by 86 percent. We’ve documented this day by day. More and more often, we have to rely on screenshots, Bluesky workarounds, or cropped preview images just to remain visible at all.

Was Du erhebt hast, trifft derzeit viele FB User.
