Speechless

The questionnaire in question was distributed as part of a Spanish class at Walled Lake Northern High School in Michigan. Parents reported that this questionnaire was part of a lesson on immigration – and the parents are outraged – so am I – "Quo Vadis America?"

Question 2:
"Think of someone you know who came here from another country to live – maybe a family member, a neighbor, a classmate, or maybe yourself? Where is this person from? Why did this person come to the United States? Do you know if they are here legally or not?"

Question 3:
"If you found out that someone you know and care about is in this country illegally, what would you do?"

Question 4:
"In your opinion, what standards should a person meet to become a legal citizen of this country? What should they be required to do to obtain citizenship?"
