The shots have faded, but the aftermath has only just begun. Hardly is Charlie Kirk buried, his family together with Turning Point USA is already staging the next act: defamation suits against media and individuals who are said to have dared to criticize the right-wing provocateur after his death. The message is clear - they want intimidation, they want control, and above all they want to retain dominance over the narrative.
"We see everything and we record everything. We have good lawyers," TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet said in a podcast. A sentence that sounds like a threat to the entire public: anyone who dares to express more than condolences about Kirk will receive mail from the lawyer. And yes, that means we too can look forward to it - well then let's just wait until the lawsuits land in our mailbox.
In the end it will be a spectacle without equal. In sober courtrooms, where usually paragraphs reign, Kirk's own tirades will soon be running: the videos full of pathos, full of aggression, steeped in the hate with which he incited his followers for years. What was meant as an attempt at intimidation could turn into involuntary cinema - with Kirk himself on endless repeat, as the lead actor in his own indictment. Thus the legacy of a political arsonist becomes a legal play that exposes its true substance: propaganda, hate videos and the hollow threat of the "mourning" of a widow who should long have had other things on her mind. And us? We wait for the Inquisition of Turning Point - and for Kirk's legacy to finally end up where it belongs: before the eyes of the world, unvarnished, as what it really was. Racism.

Was ich wirklich vermisse sind die Aufschreie in der Gesellschaft.
Anwälte die Klagen/Sammelklagen einreichen gegen den Bruch der Verfassung.
Doe Klagen einreichen gegen die ungerechtfertigten Entlassungen.
Selbst der Supreme Court war klar, wie hoch das Recht des 1. Amendment zu sehen ist.
Hasstiraden gegen öffentliche Personen, selbst das Verbrennen der US-Flagge sind abgedeckt.
Und was sehen wir stattdessen?
Abschiebungen, weil das Recht auf freie Meinungsäußerung genutzt wurde.
Universitäten, die sich der Anti DEI Linie und der Kontrolle ihrer Studenten beugen
Fernsehsender, die beliebte Sendungen canceln, weil sie nicht auf die Linie passen.
Das ist der direkte Weg in die Diktatur.
Ganz ohne Umwege.

Aber leider sieht man es auch hier schon.
