The Masks Fall - Why We Invested 300 Hours in the Analysis of the AfD Strategy Paper

Bonjour Paris - There are moments when investigative work is not just a journalistic assignment but a democratic obligation. When we learned at the beginning of July that on July 6, 2025, an internal strategy paper titled "Germany Shaping Politics - The End of the Firewall and the Path to Government Responsibility" was distributed within the AfD, we became alert. In these sober yet explosive lines lies more than a political plan - it is a roadmap for the transformation of Germany into an authoritarian state.

We discussed at length. Our resources were exhausted, our renewed investigations into the Epstein affair were in full swing, and at the same time we had been working on a large-scale documentary about the crises in Africa, which we had actually planned to publish next. But then there was this moment of clarity: If we do not devote ourselves to this analysis now, we leave the field to those who downplay, dismiss, or gloss over. So we postponed "Africa in Flames" and threw ourselves into a project that cost us over 300 hours of concentrated work. This analysis is not just an expression of opinion. It is a relentless exposure of the intentions of a party that claims to be a democratic alternative but in truth attacks the very foundations of the republic. We dug deep into the document, dissecting every sentence legally, historically, politically, and socially. Our goal was to create an expertise that leaves no question unanswered and tears the mask of the AfD off once and for all.

We were aware that every hour we invest in this analysis is missing elsewhere - that every investigation we conduct incurs costs that we, as an independent project without corporate backing, must bear. But the responsibility to reveal the truth weighed heavier at that moment than any concern about our time or our resources. It is important to us that our readers engage with this paper. Anyone who still believes after reading it that the AfD is a harmless protest party or even a path to a better future has not understood reality. This paper is a roadmap into the abyss - politically, socially, economically, and morally.
