From now on you can also have all our Kaizen articles read aloud to you. With one click on the play button, our investigations become voices that accompany you - whether on the go, while exercising, or at home. This project is called “Alle hören” (“Everyone listens”) and it is aimed not only at our loyal readers but especially at older people and those living with disabilities. We are convinced that there must be critical information on the internet that is freely accessible and not hidden behind a paywall. For us, journalism is not just a product but a public good that must be available to everyone.
Kaizen was created by people who come from the most diverse scenes and who are united by one thing: the will to counter the drifting of the world into dark times - with the means we have. The world is angry, and the challenges we face are complex and multifaceted. Current wars and crises, a rise of the far right, and the brutalization of society demand urgent attention and coordinated solutions. Only through joint action, education, and a commitment to social justice can we lay the foundations for a more peaceful and just world. The current challenges, however, also offer the chance for new dialogues and changes that can lead to better understanding and coexistence. It is up to us to seize this opportunity.
Kaizen is also the art of creative resistance.
This moment describes what we are trying to do with Kaizen: to pause, to interpret, to remember, to change something with great effort and research - and to listen to the world, even when it threatens to lose itself in the noise. Our audio function is another step along this path: against the silence, against forgetting, for a new dialogue.
Investigative journalism requires courage, conviction – and your support.
Das ist eine ganz tolle Idee Rainer.
Herzlichen Dank
