While diplomatic movement is taking place, the situation at sea remains contradictory. The announced blockade in the Strait of Hormuz is having an effect, but not complete control. Officially no ship is getting through, at the same time data shows movements of tankers linked to Iran. Some ships stop before the passage or turn away. That indicates pressure, not absolute closure. The most severe sentences after that day. Now they are to disappear. One central name is not missing from this list by accident: Enrique Tarrio. However, the implementation shows limits. On iPhones, an active VPN can hardly be detected. Apple\u2019s operating system strongly restricts app access to such data. The decisive moment came from Berlin. Friedrich Merz positions himself behind a stronger European role. For decades, Germany had rejected exactly that and relied on the US as a security guarantee. That is why discussions are underway about whether France could expand its deterrence. Domestically, it is also becoming concrete. The reintroduction of conscription is back on the agenda. At the same time, the production of weapons and equipment is being accelerated. The shift is already underway. Exercises are increasingly led by European armed forces, command posts are being reassigned. Nevertheless, uncertainty remains. NATO is built around the United States, from the top to the infrastructure. Europe is preparing to fill that role. Not out of strength, but because there is no alternative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
