Among them are images of Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and former Prince Andrew. The 19 photos come from a collection of more than 95,000 in the possession of lawmakers. The images were released without captions or context. Particularly striking is a black-and-white photo of Trump standing next to six women whose faces were blacked out. The release draws attention but provides little insight. Without context, the photos say nothing about time, place, or meaning. They show presence, not guilt.
